The Popular Tools MD27580 is a 275mm 80-tooth ATB mitre blade built for fine, splinter-free mitre and trim cuts in moulding, hardwood, and softwood. Its alternate-top-bevel (ATB) teeth shear wood fibers cleanly for a smooth, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 3.2mm kerf on a 2.4mm plate with a 32mm bore and a 0° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
