Saw Blades for Sliding Table Saws

Carbide-tipped main and scoring blades made to fit sliding table saws and panel-sizing format saws โ€” precision-ground for clean, chip-free cuts in melamine, laminate, plywood, MDF, and solid wood.

We stock metric main blades from 220mm to 400mm alongside the matched scoring blades that finish the underside of double-faced panels โ€” the full setup for format saws from makers like Altendorf, Felder, Martin, SCM, Casolin, Holz-Her, Panhans, and Griggio.

Choosing your main blade

Three things pin down the right main blade: diameter, bore, and grind.

  • Diameter and bore are set by your machine. Match the diameter your saw is built for, and confirm the bore โ€” most European format saws run a 30mm bore, often with drive-pin holes. If you're unsure, the spec plate on the machine or your existing blade is the fastest reference.
  • Grind by material. Use ATB for clean crosscuts in solid wood and quality plywood; Hi-ATB for veneered panels and melamine where top-face chip-out is the enemy; and TCG (triple-chip) for laminate, MDF, particleboard, and abrasive faced stock.
  • Tooth count follows the cut. Higher tooth counts give a finer finish on sizing and crosscut work; lower counts clear faster in ripping and thicker solid stock.

Scoring blades

Our 100mm and 120mm scoring blades cover the scoring spindles on common sliding table saws. A scoring blade cuts a shallow groove in the underside of the panel ahead of the main blade, eliminating bottom-face chip-out on double-sided melamine and laminate. They ship as split sets so you can shim the score to match your main blade's kerf. If you're matching a specific machine and aren't sure which scoring set fits, send us the make and model.

Fitment and custom modification

Bore, pin pattern, or keyway not an exact match? The bore on almost any blade can be opened, and pin holes or keyways added, to fit your machine โ€” handled through our machining partners as a send-in service. Bore reduction isn't possible, so always size up and rebore down. If you can't find an exact fit listed, tell us your machine and we'll make a blade fit it.

Blades are made to fit the machines named above. Altendorf, Felder, Martin, SCM, Casolin, Holz-Her, Panhans, and Griggio are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Machine names are used only to indicate fitment.
