LORNA Industrial – Premium German-Made Saw Blades

About this collection

LORNA Industrial is our flagship house brand — the line we built because we wanted a saw blade we could put our own name on.

German engineering, built to our spec

First-class steel saw bodies, premium brazed carbide, and CNC-ground tooth geometry, manufactured in Germany by Walter to our specifications and stocked at our facility in Anna, Texas.

In stock & ready to ship

Over 140 LORNA SKUs in stock — table saw blades, industrial production blades, and specialty geometry for melamine, plywood, hardwood, and non-ferrous metal, plus our flagship 8" Super Stack Dado Set. Same-day shipping on in-stock items.

Engineered for production

Every LORNA blade is precision-tensioned for stable, quiet cutting under load, with premium brazed carbide held to tight grain and hardness specs — re-sharpenable for 10–15 cycles of production service. Our standard 10" blades are a true 254mm, sized for SawStop’s blade-fit specification on non-dado applications.

Custom modifications

Need a custom fit? LORNA blades can be modified to your exact spindle — custom bores, pinhole drive patterns, keyways, or splitting. More on custom modifications →

Cost per cut, not sticker price

And remember: the number that matters isn’t the purchase price, it’s cost per cut over the blade’s full life. Read our cost-per-cut breakdown →

Frequently asked questions

What makes LORNA different from generic industrial blades?

LORNA is our house brand, manufactured to our specifications in Germany by Walter — one of Europe's most respected industrial saw blade manufacturers. First-class steel bodies, premium carbide, CNC-ground geometry, and the kind of balance and tension you only get from a manufacturer engineered for production work. We sell LORNA because we'd put one on our own saw.

Can LORNA blades be re-sharpened?

Yes. Premium brazed carbide tips hold up to 10–15 sharpening cycles before retirement. That sharpening capacity is one of the major drivers of LORNA's long service life and low cost-per-cut economics.

Do LORNA blades work on SawStop machines?

Our standard 10" LORNA blades are a true 254mm, sized to fit SawStop's blade-fit specification for non-dado applications. LORNA dado sets are not SawStop-compatible — SawStop maintains an approved list for dado use that doesn't include standard industrial dado sets.

Can I get a custom bore size or pinhole pattern on a LORNA blade?

Yes. LORNA blades can be modified with custom bores, pinhole patterns, keyways, or split for specialized mounting. Typical lead time is about 5 business days; $30/blade rush option available. Full details on the custom modification page.

Where are LORNA blades manufactured?

LORNA Industrial blades are manufactured in Germany by Walter, one of Europe's most respected industrial saw blade manufacturers, then stocked and inspected at our facility in Anna, Texas. We partnered with them because no one builds a more accurate, more durable saw blade body.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock LORNA orders ship the same business day.

How does this brand fit your overall catalog story?

LORNA is our flagship — the line we put our own name on. Popular Tools is our inventory backbone — broader catalog, faster across-the-board availability. Between the two, we cover nearly every industrial sawing application.
