550mm carbide-tipped saw blades for production cutting on horizontal beam panel saws, pop-up saws, double-miter saws, and optimizing saws. At roughly 21-5/8", this diameter handles a wide range of work — from non-ferrous metals like aluminum to solid wood, lumber, and plastics — with grinds matched to the material: triple-chip (TCG) for aluminum and hard plastics, ATB and FTG options for wood and lumber.

Like all our large-diameter blades, 550mm comes in the bore and pin pattern your machine requires, and custom bore enlargement, keyways, and pinhole patterns are always available if your setup is non-standard. Blades come from the German-engineered LORNA Industrial line and Popular Tools, with brazed tungsten-carbide teeth that resharpen many times over the blade's life to keep your cost-per-cut low.
