The 550mm 120-tooth TCG non-ferrous blade (NF5503212L) is built for clean cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, PVC, and vinyl. Its 120 triple-chip (TCG) teeth and +5° hook produce smooth, burr-free edges, and the thin 4.2mm kerf on a 3.4mm plate holds a true line at speed.
This blade runs a 32mm bore to fit Emmegi double-miter and cut-off saws and other 550mm aluminum-cutting machines. Need a different bore or pinhole layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times over the blade’s life to keep your cost-per-cut low.
