The Popular Tools GJ1236K is a 12 inch 36-tooth TCG glue-line rip blade built for glue-line ripping that leaves edges ready to bond without jointing. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish.
It runs a .165" kerf on a .118" plate with a 70mm bore and a 20ยฐ hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
