The 18 inch 48-tooth TCG glue-line rip blade (GJ1848) is built for production ripping that leaves a clean, square edge ready to bond without a separate jointing pass. Its TCG teeth and +20° hook feed aggressively through solid hardwood and softwood while holding a .180" kerf on a .138" plate. It runs a 2" arbor with two 9/16" drive pins on a 5" circle and fits Diehl straight-line ripsaws. Need a different bore, pin layout, or keyway? Almost any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
