The Popular Tools GJRM3004828H is a 300mm 48-tooth TCG glue-line rip blade built for glue-line ripping that leaves edges ready to bond without jointing. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 2.8mm kerf on a 2.0mm plate with a 80mm bore and a 20° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
