The Popular Tools GTM3003072 is a 300mm, 72-tooth TCG general-purpose carbide saw blade built for high-production cutting of hardwood, softwood, plywood, chipboard, and MDF. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish — the reason it’s a shop workhorse for melamine, laminate, and sheet goods.
It runs a 3.2mm kerf on a rigid 2.2mm plate with a 30mm bore and a +10° hook angle, sized for panel saws and sliding table saws. The 3+3 pinhole pattern (2/7/42, 2/9/46, 2/10/60) mounts to common slider arbors, and the GTM prefix means Micro-Sheen C-4 sub-micron carbide for longer tool life and more resharpenings per blade — keeping your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
Prefer the German-made original? This blade has an exact LORNA Industrial equivalent — the same 300mm diameter, 72 teeth, TCG grind, and 30mm bore — engineered and manufactured in Germany for longer edge life. You’ll find the LORNA equivalent linked in the specifications above.
