The Popular Tools LM30010 is a 300mm 100-tooth HATB melamine sizing blade built for clean, chip-free sizing of melamine, laminate, MDF, and plywood. Its high alternate-top-bevel (Hi-ATB) grind delivers a near chip-free edge on melamine and double-sided laminate.
It runs a 3.2mm kerf on a 2.2mm plate with a 30mm bore and a -5° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
