The Popular Tools LMH22042 is a 220mm 42-tooth Hollow Face melamine sizing blade built for clean, chip-free sizing of melamine, laminate, MDF, and plywood. Its hollow-face grind leaves a crisp, chip-free edge on laminated and veneered panels.
It runs a 3.2mm kerf on a 2.2mm plate with a 30mm bore and a 10ยฐ hook angle. Its 2/7/42 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
