The 634mm 5-tooth FTG sawmill blade (LUCAS634) is a heavy-duty rip blade for breaking down logs and timber on swing-blade sawmills. Its 5 flat-top (FTG) teeth take a fast, aggressive rip cut, and the 6.1mm kerf on a 3.6mm plate stands up to deep cuts in green and seasoned wood.
This blade runs a 30mm bore with a 5 + 5 pin pattern to fit Lucas Mill swing-blade sawmills and similar 634mm machines. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your mill. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
