The Popular Tools NL1228 is a 12 inch 28-tooth Uni-TCG nail cutting blade for reclaimed lumber, pallets and demolition wood that may hide nails. Heavy Uni-TCG teeth on a thick plate with a 0° hook take nail strikes without stripping tips.
It runs a .180" kerf on a .118" plate and a 1 inch bore, with a 0° hook. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
