The Popular Tools NL1630 is a 16 inch 30-tooth Uni-TCG nail biting blade for wood that hides nails and metal staples, built for pallet recyclers and wood recycling operations. Heavy Uni-TCG teeth on a thick plate with a 0° hook take nail and staple strikes without stripping tips.
It runs a .205" kerf on a .134" plate and a 1 inch bore, with a 0° hook. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
