The Popular Tools NM880 is a 205mm 80-tooth LR non-ferrous blade built for clean cutting of aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Its triple-chip laminate grind resists chipping in non-ferrous metal and plastic.
It runs a 2.2mm kerf on a 1.5mm plate with a 5/8 inch bore and a 10° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
