The Popular Tools NPS3007572TN is a 300mm 72-tooth TCG panel sizing blade built for clean, chip-free sizing of melamine, MDF, particleboard, laminate, and plywood on panel and beam saws. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate with a 75mm bore and a 15° hook angle, sized to fit Giben, Homag. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
