The Popular Tools OPD500144H is a 500mm 144-tooth HATB crosscut blade built for smooth crosscutting of hardwood, softwood, and plywood. Its high alternate-top-bevel (Hi-ATB) grind delivers a near chip-free edge on melamine and double-sided laminate.
It runs a 5.0mm kerf on a 3.5mm plate with a 30mm bore and a 15° hook angle. Its 2/15/63 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
