The Popular Tools OPP500120A is a 500mm 120-tooth ATB crosscut blade built for smooth crosscutting of hardwood, softwood, and plywood. Its alternate-top-bevel (ATB) teeth shear wood fibers cleanly for a smooth, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 5.0mm kerf on a 3.5mm plate with a 70mm bore and a 15° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
