The Popular Tools PRD86 is a 8 inch 6-tooth polycrystalline diamond (PCD) blade for fiber cement siding and cement board such as Hardiplank. PCD tips cut faster and cleaner and last up to 150 times longer than carbide in cement board. PCD blades are not intended to cut through nails or staples.
It runs a .087" kerf on a .063" plate and a 5/8 inch bore. PCD tips last many times longer than carbide, so your cost-per-cut stays low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
