The Popular Tools PS3003060T is a 300mm 60-tooth TCG panel sizing blade built for clean, chip-free sizing of melamine, MDF, particleboard, laminate, and plywood on panel and beam saws. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate with a 30mm bore and a 15ยฐ hook angle, sized to fit Mayermm, Scheer. Its 2/7/42 + 2/10/60 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors.
