The Popular Tools PT1010 is a 10 inch 100-tooth LRLRS precision trim blade, the smoothest-cutting blade in the Popular Tools line. Its LRLRS teeth are beveled on the face (10° face bevel) and on the top for an extra-fine cutting edge, and the raker tooth clears stray sawdust so the teeth cut with perfect smoothness. Add a stabilizer for the finest cuts.
It runs a .118" kerf on a .087" plate and a 5/8 inch bore, with a 10° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
