The Popular Tools PTZ65040 is a 6-1/2 inch 40-tooth TCG jamb saw blade for undercutting door jambs and casing when installing carpet or tile. A tapered bore with 2 pinholes fits jamb saws, and the triple-chip (TCG) grind holds its edge.
It runs a .118" kerf on a .079" plate and a 1/2 inch bore (2 pinholes, tapered bore). Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
