The Popular Tools SC1604536 is a 160mm 36-tooth RA scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws.
It runs a 4.4–5.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate with a 45mm bore and a 10° hook angle, sized to fit Giben, Homag. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
