The Popular Tools SF30080 is a 300mm 80-tooth M-TCG solid surface blade built for smooth, chip-free cutting of solid surface materials such as Corian and acrylic. Its modified triple-chip (M-TCG) grind is tuned for clean, chip-free cuts in solid surface and dense composites.
It runs a 3.4mm kerf on a 2.4mm plate with a 30mm bore and a -2° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
