The Popular Tools VORW10024L is a 100mm 24-tooth scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws.
It runs a 3.6mm kerf on a 2.2mm plate with a 1 inch bore and a 15ยฐ hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
