The 350mm 54-tooth ATB panel sizing blade (PS3507554A) is built for clean, chip-free sizing of MDF, particleboard, laminate, melamine, and plywood. Its 54 alternate-top-bevel (ATB) teeth in SuperMicro-Sheen C-11 carbide hold a keen edge on abrasive surfaces, and the 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate stays rigid through long runs.
This blade runs a 75mm bore and a 15° hook to fit Giben / Homag panel saws. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
