The 350mm 72-tooth TCG panel sizing blade (PS350Q72T) is built for clean, chip-free sizing of MDF, particleboard, laminate, melamine, and plywood. Its 72 triple-chip (TCG) teeth in SuperMicro-Sheen C-11 carbide hold a keen edge on abrasive surfaces, and the 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate stays rigid through long runs.
This blade runs a 1-1/4" bore and a 15° hook to fit SCM panel saws. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
