The 4" 20-tooth TCG non-ferrous blade (NF420Q) is built for clean cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, PVC, and vinyl. Its 20 triple-chip (TCG) teeth and 0° hook produce smooth, burr-free edges, and the .095" kerf on a .062" plate holds a true line at speed.
This blade runs a 3/4" bore. Need a different bore or pinhole layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
