The 40" 48-tooth TCG non-ferrous blade (NF404831) is built for clean cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, PVC, and vinyl. Its 48 triple-chip (TCG) teeth and 0ยฐ hook produce smooth, burr-free edges, and the .309" kerf holds a true line at speed.
This blade runs a 3-1/8" bore. Need a different bore or pinhole layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
