The 400mm 60-tooth TCG panel sizing blade (PS4008060T) is built for clean, chip-free sizing of coated sheet goods — MDF, particleboard, laminate, melamine, and plywood. Its 60 triple-chip (TCG) teeth in SuperMicro-Sheen C-11 sub-micron carbide hold a keen edge on abrasive surfaces, and the 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate stays rigid through long runs.
This blade runs a 80mm bore with a 2/9/130 + 4/19/120 pin pattern and a 15° hook to fit Selco beam saws and other 400mm horizontal panel saws. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
