Setup & safety
- Outside saws always mount on the outside of the stack, chippers between them
- Never run chippers without both outside saws installed
- Confirm rotation direction on every piece before tightening

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between this and the DA840?
Same set, different bore. DA840 is 5/8" bore (standard table saw arbor). DA840G is 1" bore (industrial arbor). Pick based on your saw's arbor diameter.
Will this work with my SawStop?
No. This dado set is not compatible with SawStop table saws.
What about the 3/32" chipper?
This set ships with 1/8" and 1/16" chippers as standard. A 3/32" chipper can be added separately if you need additional cut-width options — call for availability in 1" bore.
Can the blades be re-sharpened?
Yes. Standard carbide-tip sharpening at any local service.
