The Popular Tools GV830ABF is a 8 inch 30-tooth grooving blade for cutting grooves in hardwood and softwood. Its wide kerf cuts a full groove in a single pass, and the bore can be rebored to fit other arbors.
It runs a .260" kerf on a .180" plate and a 5/8 inch bore, with a -2° negative hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
