The Popular Tools KC1010 is a 10 inch 100-tooth LRLRS blind cutting blade for window blind fabricators cutting faux wood blinds. A thinner plate, a sharper tooth angle and one side clearance ground reduce chipping and keep the blade from melting the material.
It runs a .110" kerf on a .079" plate and a 5/8 inch bore, with a 10° hook angle and a 10° face bevel. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
Aftermarket blade made to fit. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.
