The 424mm 5-tooth FTG sawmill blade (LUCAS424) is a thin-kerf rip blade for the Lucas portable mill โ it faces a board on the cut and trims the edge on the return pass in one go. Its 5 flat-top (FTG) teeth take a fast, clean rip cut, and the 5.0mm kerf on a 2.8mm plate runs true in green and seasoned timber.
This blade runs a 20mm bore with a 4 + 5 pin pattern to fit Lucas Mill swing-blade sawmills. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your mill. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
