The 400mm 100-tooth TCG non-ferrous blade (NF4003010) is built for clean cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, PVC, and vinyl. Its 100 triple-chip (TCG) teeth and −5° hook produce smooth, burr-free edges, and the 4.2mm kerf on a 3.4mm plate holds a true line at speed.
This blade runs a 30mm bore. Need a different bore or pinhole layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
