The 400mm 96-tooth TCG non-ferrous blade (NF4005096) is built for clean cutting of aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plus plastics, PVC, and vinyl. Its 96 triple-chip (TCG) teeth and 0° hook produce smooth, burr-free edges, and the 3.8mm kerf on a 2.8mm plate holds a true line at speed.
This blade runs a 50mm bore with a 4/15/80 pinhole pattern. Need a different bore or pinhole layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
