The 600mm 60-tooth TCG panel sizing blade (NPS6006060TN) is from Popular Toolsโ NPS series, engineered to run longer in abrasive panel stock. Its larger, stronger triple-chip (TCG) carbide tips stand up to the harsh glues and binders in MDF, laminate, melamine, and particleboard, extending edge life between sharpenings. The 5.8mm kerf on a 4.0mm plate, held to tight flatness tolerances, keeps the blade running true through long production runs.
This blade runs a 60mm bore with a 2/11/115 + 2/19/120 pin pattern and a 15ยฐ hook for Holzma beam saws and other 600mm panel saws. Need a different bore or pin pattern? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times over the bladeโs life to keep your cost-per-cut low.
