The 520mm 144-tooth ATB hardwood crosscut blade (OPD520144A) is built for smooth, splinter-free crosscutting of solid hardwood on high-speed optimizing saws. Its 144 alternate-top-bevel (ATB) teeth and +15° hook slice cleanly across the grain, and the 5.0mm kerf on a 3.5mm plate carries the load at production speed.
This blade runs a 30mm bore with a 2/15/63 pin pattern to fit the Grecon / Weinig / Dimter and similar 520mm optimizing crosscut saws. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low.
