The Popular Tools PCD124832 is a 12 inch 48-tooth polycrystalline diamond (PCD) blade for fiberglass and composite materials, including phenolic panels and flooring with an aluminum oxide coating. The higher tooth count leaves a clean edge in abrasive composites, and PCD tips last many times longer than carbide. PCD blades are not intended to cut through nails or staples.
It runs a .126" kerf on a .094" plate and a 1 inch bore. PCD tips last many times longer than carbide, so your cost-per-cut stays low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
Aftermarket blade made to fit. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.
