The Popular Tools PP1212 is a 12 inch 120-tooth LR plastic cutting blade for plastic and vinyl sheet, mouldings and extrusions, and especially thin acrylic sheet. Its LR tooth arrangement slices plastic without the chipping a pointed ATB tooth causes. Maximum cutting thickness is 10mm (3/8"); for thicker plastic, use a TCG blade such as our GT series. Use a stabilizer for best results.
It runs a .102" kerf on a .075" plate and a 1 inch bore, with a 10° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
