The Popular Tools PRD1018 is a 10 inch 18-tooth polycrystalline diamond (PCD) blade for fiberglass and composite materials, including phenolic panels and flooring with an aluminum oxide coating. The higher tooth count leaves a clean edge in abrasive composites, and PCD tips last many times longer than carbide. PCD blades are not intended to cut through nails or staples.
It runs a .110" kerf on a .079" plate and a 5/8 inch bore. PCD tips last many times longer than carbide, so your cost-per-cut stays low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
Aftermarket blade made to fit. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.
