The Popular Tools PS3008060T is a 300mm 60-tooth TCG panel sizing blade built for clean, chip-free sizing of melamine, MDF, particleboard, laminate, and plywood on panel and beam saws. Its triple-chip (TCG) grind wears far slower than ATB on abrasive panel materials while leaving a clean, splinter-free finish.
It runs a 4.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate with a 80mm bore and a 15ยฐ hook angle, sized to fit SCM, Mayer. Its 2/14/110 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors.
