Its 60 triple-chip (TCG) teeth in SuperMicro-Sheen C-11 sub-micron carbide hold a keen edge on abrasive surfaces, and the 5.0mm kerf on a 3.5mm plate stays rigid through long production runs.
This blade runs a 60mm bore with a 2/11/115 + 2/19/120 pin pattern and a 15° hook to fit Holzma beam saws and other 570mm horizontal panel saws. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times over the blade’s life to keep your cost-per-cut low.
