The 600mm 72-tooth TCG panel sizing blade (PS6006072T) delivers an even finer finish on coated panels โ MDF, particleboard, laminate, melamine, and plywood. The higher 72-tooth count in SuperMicro-Sheen C-11 sub-micron carbide leaves cleaner edges on delicate surfaces, while the 5.8mm kerf on a 4.0mm plate holds a true line at full feed.
It runs a 60mm bore with a 2/11/115 + 2/19/120 pin pattern and a 15ยฐ hook for Holzma beam saws and comparable 600mm panel saws. A different bore or pin pattern can be modified to fit your machine. The carbide tips resharpen repeatedly to keep cost-per-cut low across the bladeโs service life.
