The Popular Tools PT1812 is a 18 inch 120-tooth LRLRS precision trim blade, the smoothest-cutting blade in the Popular Tools line. Its LRLRS teeth are beveled on the face (5° face bevel) and on the top for an extra-fine cutting edge, and the raker tooth clears stray sawdust so the teeth cut with perfect smoothness. Add a stabilizer for the finest cuts.
It runs a .157" kerf on a .118" plate and a 1 inch bore, with a 10° hook angle. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
