The Popular Tools SC1803034 is a 180mm 34-tooth RA scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws.
It runs a 4.4–5.4mm kerf on a 3.2mm plate with a 30mm bore and a 10° hook angle. Its 2/7/42 + 2/10/60 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
