The Popular Tools SC2004534E is a 200mm 34-tooth RA scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws.
It runs a 4.8–5.8mm kerf on a 3.5mm plate with a 45mm bore and a 10° hook angle, sized to fit Holzma. Its 2/11/115 pinhole pattern mounts to common panel-saw and slider arbors. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
