The Popular Tools SC2004562 is a 200mm 36-tooth RA scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws.
It runs a 6.2โ7.2mm kerf on a 4.2mm plate with a 45mm bore and a 10ยฐ hook angle, sized to fit Holzmamm, Homag. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
