The Popular Tools SS100Q is a 100mm 24-tooth FTG scoring blade built for pre-scoring the underside of melamine and laminated panels for a chip-free edge on sliding table and beam saws. Its flat-top (FTG) teeth are ground for fast, efficient ripping along the grain.
It runs a 2.8–3.6mm kerf on a 2mm plate with a 3/4 inch bore and a 10° hook angle, sized to fit SCM. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
SCM is a trademark of its respective owner. Aftermarket blade made to fit, not affiliated with the machine manufacturer.
