The Popular Tools TM1080 is a 10 inch 80-tooth TCG thin rim blade for cutting fine, fragile and thin-walled material. The thin kerf reduces chipping in very thin material, the plate steps up to a thicker hub for rigidity, and automatically brazed premium-grade carbide tips extend blade life.
It runs a 2.0mm kerf on a 1.5mm plate with a 2.0mm hub and a 5/8 inch bore. Carbide-tipped teeth resharpen many times to keep your cost-per-cut low across long production runs. Need a different bore or pin layout? Any blade can be modified to fit your machine.
